While workplace romances can be taboo, sometimes it’s the perfect place to meet your match. It’s nice to relate to someone with a similar job, and people in the entertainment industry totally get that.
Even A-listers need to find their someone, and it seems like there’s no better place for stars to fall in love than while working on set on movies or TV together. Some of these relationships stood the test of time, while others have run their course.
Longtime loves Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos met while working on All My Children in 1996. Kelly previously confessed it was love at first sight, telling Sirius XM, “When I saw him, the photograph of him, I saw my entire future with him flash before [my eyes] — like I saw it. And I don’t believe in any of that and now I do because of that moment.” They eloped months later and three kids on, are happier than ever.

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes met on set of The Place Beyond The Pines in 2011. They’ve kept their romance out of the spotlight since, but Eva referred to Ryan as her “husband” during a Nov. 2022 interview. They have two kids.
Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell first fell for each other on the set of 1984’s Swing Shift. Though they’ve been going strong for decades, they’ve never gotten married.
“Marriage didn’t work for either one of us,” Goldie said of their previous divorces during a 2020 Today interview. “I’m not saying that it wouldn’t work again, but I didn’t think that we really needed to get married. I mean, what marriage ended up being, in many ways, is big business”

They originally met in the 90s on the show Caroline In The City but their relationship didn’t begin until they were cast on NBC’s family drama in 2010. The chikld-free couple have been going strong since.
