By India Today Web Desk: The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, will begin the annual board exams from February 15, 2023. Less than two months left for the board exams, and students of Class 10 are eagerly waiting for CBSE to release the much-awaited datesheet for the same. Maths is one of those subjects where students get tense the most. Therefore, organising a proper schedule and strategising topics will eventually assist students in scoring full marks in Mathematics.
For the help of the students, here are some topics, chapters, marking schemes, and tips to come out with flying colours.

For basic mathematics, formulas should be learned and comprehended by heart to score the best. Also, practicing the NCERT questions can lead to the road to success. Primarily, students should possess a basic knowledge of mathematical operations and practice learning and writing theorems of Geometry chapters.
For standards mathematics, the emphasis should be on the application of formulas and an imperative need to constantly practice extra questions from the reference books.
Students should focus on competency-based questions and higher-order thinking skills questions. Students should also practice memorising squares and cubes of natural numbers up to 30 and learn easy and fast calculations. Further, getting used to the tricks of Vedic mathematics will be advantageous.
There should always be clarity on fundamental mathematical operations like the BODMAS (bracket, of, division, multiplication, addition, subtraction).

Students should always have a clear concept of the mathematical basics. Tables up to 20 should be a basic knowledge base for students appearing for the 10th class board exams. The routine practice of all mathematical formulas in writing is always advisable. Students should assess topics in the form of an examination.
