Doki Doki Literature Club Plus has just released with all sorts of new secrets. The fan base has been very eager for more official content, though many have also modded the game themselves. While Team Salvato had updated the original game in the past, this remastered version has even more to offer.
The new version of the game uses the Metaverse desktop. Players can customize the background with over a hundred wallpapers. Some are available by default, while many more require completing certain story routes in the DDLC application and different side objectives.

There are nine text based special poems that may appear randomly in Act 2. Two graphic based ones can also be viewed, but are not unlocked in the pictures menu:
The unusual black and white DDLC start screen can be seen by quitting the DDLC application during Act 2 and restarting until it appears.
Backgrounds
Backgrounds are scenes from the main DDLC application and the various Side Stories. They only need to be seen once.
